The terms for using OrderPlease and its business tools.
The service
OrderPlease provides software for business storefronts, orders, POS / billing, payments and subscriptions. The business operating a storefront is responsible for its products, prices, availability, fulfilment and customer service. OrderPlease’s role as a software platform does not itself make it the seller of every product listed on a storefront.
Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate registration and business information, protect your sign-in credentials and only access accounts and records you are authorized to use. Do not submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, impersonate another person or attempt to bypass security controls. Businesses must have the rights and permissions needed to offer their products and services.
Orders and payment status
Check order details and the final bill before confirming. Availability and acceptance are determined by the selling business. CASH and COD payment status reflects the business’s recorded collection of payment. A paid status is a transaction record and does not replace a business’s responsibility to resolve disputes or fulfil the order.
Subscriptions and charges
Available active plans are shown on the Pricing page. Your confirmed subscription agreement determines the applicable billing cycle, subscription charge, joining fee and commission. When applicable, the order bill shows commission as a platform fee, with configured taxes and other charges separately. Review the final amount before proceeding. A new public plan price does not automatically rewrite an existing agreement.
Cancellations and refunds
Order cancellations, returns and fulfilment disputes should first be raised with the selling business. Platform subscription and payment issues can be raised through Contact. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the process. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Privacy and communications
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Transactional communications may be needed for verification, orders and account administration. Optional marketing preferences are separate from essential service communications.
Availability and changes
Features may depend on your plan, business configuration and external service availability. We may update the software or restrict access to protect the service or address misuse. These terms do not promise uninterrupted access or a feature that is not currently offered. For questions, use the Contact page.
