How OrderPlease handles your information.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address and phone number; business and store details; products, orders and delivery details; subscription and payment records; and the messages you send through our contact form. Security logs may include technical details needed to protect the service. Optional marketing preferences are recorded separately.
How we use information
We use this information to verify accounts, provide storefronts and billing tools, process and track orders, record payment status, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests and protect against misuse. Contact-form details are used to review and answer your request. We do not require marketing consent to submit a support request.
Business owners and service providers
The business fulfilling an order receives the customer and delivery information it needs. Hosting, email and payment providers may process information needed to provide their services. Payment details entered at a payment provider are subject to that provider’s policy. Access to administrative records is restricted to authorized personnel.
Storage and retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide services, resolve requests and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Some records may need to be retained after an account is closed. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we will assess requests against the records and obligations involved.
Cookies and browser storage
The application uses browser storage and session information to keep you signed in and support application features. Signing out removes the application’s saved authentication state. Third-party services you choose to use may have their own cookie and storage practices.
Your choices and requests
You can update available account settings and withdraw optional marketing consent through the available settings or a support request. For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page and choose Privacy / data request. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not include passwords, OTP codes or complete card details. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Policy changes
This policy is version 1.1. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Privacy acknowledgements recorded by the application identify the policy version presented at the time of acknowledgement.
