How platform fees work
The effective active contract determines your commission. It applies to the item subtotal after product and coupon discounts, excluding delivery charges and taxes. For example, a 5% commission on a discounted item subtotal of ₹200 adds a ₹10 platform fee.
Before you publish your store
Selecting a plan does not automatically activate storefront access. Complete the applicable verification, contract acceptance and joining/subscription payment requirements. Cash/COD payment collection and subscription billing are separate workflows.
